Number of children and Age: Nanny is primarily responsible for a 1-year-old son and an infant daughter due in the Spring. Nanny will occasionally assist with their 13-year-old son.
Type of Position: ROTA, live out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: 14 days every month.
Compensation & benefits: $90-100k.
Start Date: 02/21/2025.
Travel Required: Yes. Nanny is required to join the family when they go to South Hamptons, NY.

A loving family from the Upper East Side, NY, is seeking an experienced and flexible ROTA nanny to become an integral part of their household. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with infants and toddlers, including a strong understanding of developmental milestones. The family has four children and is expecting a fifth in the spring. Their children include 15-year-old twins who are away at school, a 13-year-old son, a 1-year-old son, and a baby girl due this spring.
The position involves working 14 days per month, with 6-10 of those days focused on caring for their 1-year-old son and their newborn upon her arrival. The nanny will also occasionally be responsible for transporting their 13-year-old son to hockey practice and other extracurricular activities. The family is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated professional who is adaptable, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently. Applicants must have a clean driving record and be strong swimmers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced caregiver to join a wonderful family!
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prioritize safety and maintain a clean environment for their children, adhering to the families' parenting styles and childcare philosophies.
Engage their toddler in activities that promote intellectual and social development, such as music, art, storytelling, and crafts, and encourage social interaction through playdates and group activities.
Occasionally assisting with 13 year old after school pick-up and taking the teen to activities
Meal preparation for children.
When the infant arrives, preparing milk bottles, and then later cleaning and sterilizing bottles and toys.
Comfortable introducing infants to solids when that time comes.
Manage daily routines, including mealtime, nap, and play schedules for their children.
Light housekeeping, laundry for all three children, tidying children's areas, organizing toys and books, and maintaining diaper bags.
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for infants and toddlers.
Must have a driver license.
Must be a good swimmer.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
