Family/ Household Overview:

The family seeks an energetic and engaging career nanny to become an integral part of their children's lives. They value education, honesty, and adaptability. The ideal candidate is someone who aligns with their values and can support them in raising their children. The family looks forward to finding someone who can join their professional yet warm team. Their fully staffed home includes a house manager, a cook, a housekeeper, a part-time nanny, and a rotational co-nanny. A candidate who can confidently work alongside others and regularly collaborate with the team and a stay-at-home parent is essential.

Ideal Candidate:

The family is looking for a candidate who believes in making education a part of children's everyday lives. The candidate should be passionate about nurturing young minds through hands-on, interactive learning experiences that promote growth and development. The ideal candidate is adventurous, creative, and outdoorsy, enjoys new experiences, and is willing to travel with the family. The four older children attend school full-time and have busy afternoon schedules. The infant attends a nanny-led playgroup in the mornings. The ideal candidate must be a team player and have a "pitch in" attitude. While the family employs a cook, there may be times when the nannies need to prepare a light meal for the children. The family would love to work with a candidate who brings a flexible, adaptable, organized, "takes-a-village" approach to care for children and collaborates well with others.
