A loving family from Montclair, NJ, is seeking a fun, enthusiastic nanny for their 2-month-old son. The ideal candidate must have experience in providing care to infants and must assist with fulfilling all their son’s developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities. The nanny should be dedicated, nurturing, creative, organized, a quick learner, self-motivated, and able to solve problems independently. Must be willing to take the baby out for a walk a few times a week, as long that the weather is favorable. Both parents will work from home. One of them works daily, and will be hands-off, unless needed. While the other will only work from home on Mondays and Fridays. It’s important for the nanny to feel comfortable working with both parents when they are home.

The parents prefer a nanny who is warm, gentle, patient, and playful; knowledgeable about developmental milestones and infant play (gross motor, fine motor, and sensory), and will provide their son with lots of affection. The ideal candidate is someone who not only appreciates but thrives on routine.
