Nanny Needed for Family in Tribeca, NYC

Families Location: Tribeca, NYC
Number of children and Age: 1 child, 22-month-old child
Type of Position: Full-time, Live out.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5/6
Compensation & Benefits: $27-$29/hr. Net PTO (2 weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays, and five sick days.)
Start Date: 09/03/2024
Travel Required: No traveling.

A loving family in Tribeca, NYC, seeks a nurturing and flexible nanny for their child. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for toddlers to school-aged children and should be organized, self-motivated, a quick learner, and capable of solving problems independently. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation for the child. The nanny must also be able to take their chid to and from after-school activities, which include dance class, sports, and playing in the park, and attend these activities as needed.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Adhere to the families ' parenting styles and childcare philosophies. Prioritize safety and maintain a clean environment for their child. Engage their child in activities that solidify intellectual and social development, such as music, art, storytelling, and crafts, and encourage social interaction.
Manage daily routines, including outdoor activities, and play schedules for their child, and meal preparation. Perform related duties such as laundry, tidying their child's areas, and organizing toys and books.

Qualifications:
● Legally authorized to work in the United States.
● A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
● Experience in caring for toddlers and school-aged children.
● Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
● CPR and First-Aid certifications
