Type of Position: Full time, live out.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Mon-Thur: 8:30am-6pm, Fri, 9am-5pm. (46/hrs work weeks); ability to be flexible with advance notice
Compensation & benefits: $30-$33/hr. DOE. PTO (2 weeks paid vacation, plus federal holidays). Contribution to healthcare, 5 paid sick days, and a discretionary performance bonus.

A loving family from the Upper East Side, New York, NY, is seeking a nurturing, engaging nanny for their three-month-old daughter. The ideal candidate should have experience caring for infants and toddlers, along with a strong understanding of developmental milestones and infant play, including gross motor, fine motor, and sensory activities. They should provide ample affection and nurturing care. The family seeks a nanny who is warm, gentle, patient, and engaging—someone who not only values routine but thrives in it. They are looking for a caregiver who can grow with their family and be a special part of their child’s early years.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prioritize safety and maintain a clean environment for their daughter, adhering to the family’s parenting styles and childcare philosophies.
Engage their daughter in activities that promote intellectual, physical and social development, such as music, art, storytelling, numbers/counting, and crafts, and encourage social interaction through playdates and age-appropriate group activities.
Assist with bath times and changing clothes.
Assist with light housekeeping, clean dishes, organizing daughter’s room and play area, diaper bag, bottle and pacifiers sterilizing/cleaning is needed.
Must be able to prepare milk, whether it’s with breast milk or formula.
The nanny must be able to properly introduce solid foods when the baby transitions off from milk.
Manage daily schedules, including mealtime, nap, and play schedules for their daughter.
Doing the daughter’s laundry, including washing, folding and putting items away.
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience.
Experience in caring for newborns and infants.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
