Family’s Location: UES
Ages of children: 1, 2.5-year-old
Type of Position: Full-time, Live-out,
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM. (52.5/hrs work weeks)
Compensation & Benefits: This position is paid gross with overtime. This position is $30-$33/hr, PTO, including paid federal holidays. There are two weeks of vacation and a discretionary performance bonus.

A wonderful UES, NY, family seeks a live-out nanny for their 2.5-year-old. They would love a professional and dependable nanny who is caring, honest, clean & organized, and a great team player. The ideal candidate must have experience working with toddlers, exhibit calm under pressure, and can bring their knowledge of early childhood development. The ability to create an engaging, happy, and stimulating atmosphere will help excel in this role.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Safety first.
Pitch-in attitude regarding general maintenance and cleanliness of the toddler
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style
Solids and bottle feedings, diaper changes, children’s laundry, keeping track of children's items to ensure they stay stocked, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, and eventually potty training!
Manage daily care and supervision of infant
Adhere to the infant’s schedule, including naps/sleep, bath and activities
Facilitate intellectual development (e.g., words, numbers, enrichment, etc.)
Facilitate physical development (e.g. running, stacking, using utensils, etc.) in a high-energy, creative, and playful way
Facilitate social development, helping to make connections with friends and attending playdates and classes
Manage all aspects of an infant's property with utmost cleanliness and organization, including meals/snacks and clean-up, hanging clothes, cleaning toys/books, diaper bags, etc.
Ability to make very simple meals for the child.
Laundry for the children.
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of nanny experience
Experience in caring for toddlers and Pre-K children.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
