Families Location: Palo Alto, CA
Type of Position: Part-time, Housekeeper
Schedule: 2-3 days a week, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Compensation & benefits: $45/hr- $50/hr DOE plus full medical, PTO, Paid holidays and sick days
Start Date: 02/15/2025.
Travel Required: No

Family Overview
A loving family in Palo Alto, CA, is looking for a professional and energetic part-time housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of their home. The family is expecting their first child, so they need someone who can work seamlessly around the baby.

Housekeeping Duties:
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and floors
Clean and organize kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and dishwashing
Change bed linens and make beds
Laundry Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes, towels, and linens.
Tidying: Organizing clutter, arranging furniture, and ensuring items are in their proper places.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately
Other housekeeping duties as requested
Restocking: Replenishing supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and other essentials.
Maintenance: Reporting or addressing minor repairs, such as fixing light fixtures or unclogging drains.
Occasionally assist with childcare.

Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of professional housekeeping experience.
High energy household, lots of running around up and down stairs
Up for challenges and flexible to change
Detail oriented
Knowledge of cleaning techniques for high-end materials and surfaces.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Strong communication skills.
