Number of children and Age: 9-year-old daughter.
Type of Position: 30-40 hours a week, Live out. Must be flexible.
Schedule: 12pm - 7pm
Compensation & benefits: $30-$40/hr. DOE. PTO (2-weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays and 5 sick days.).
Start Date: April to June
Travel Required: Summer in the Hamptons
Detail: This role could be permanent for anyone who is okay not working the summer the coming summer months. The family already have a planned care for that time.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with children while also managing the daily operations of a busy household. The perfect fit is an organized, self-motivated, and quick-learning professional who can take initiative and solve problems independently. This position has the potential to become a long-term, permanent role for someone who is comfortable not working during the upcoming summer months, as the family already has care arranged for that time. So ideally a college student would be perfect for this role.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Follows parents’ approach to childcare and embraces family parenting style.
Prioritize safety and maintain a clean environment of their household. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all living spaces.
Manage the family calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage daily care and supervision of their daughter. Adhere to their daughter’s schedule (e.g., School drop-off and pick-ups, and any plan after-school activities.)
Must be able to identify and perform household tasks light housekeeping, organizing, dishes, and the child’s laundry.
Running errands for the household (e.g., shopping, dry cleaning) while managing the household budget and expenses.
Handle the household inventory, supplies, and stocking essentials prior to daughters’ scheduled pick-up.
The ability to create thoughtful and nutritious meal plans, and the skills to prepare meals for the daughter and when possible, the family.
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Experience in caring for school-age children.
Must be able to cook for the child
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications.
