A number of children and Ages: 3 children, 8-year-old son, 2-year-old & 5-month-old daughters.
Type of Position: Part-time, Live out.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, start time 3:00 pm/4:30 - 8:00/9 pm (20-25hrs.).
Compensation & Benefits: $35-$40/hr. ($700-$1125/wk) DOE. PTO (2 weeks paid vacation, most federal holidays, and 3 sick days.).

Family Overview
A warm and caring family in New York City’s Financial District is looking for an experienced, engaging nanny for their three children, ages 8, 2, and 3 months. Most of the work will focus on the 2 younger children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caring for multiple children and a knack for creating a nurturing, enriching environment tailored to each child’s needs. They should be fun, organized, quick to learn, self-motivated, and able to problem-solve independently. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, Bath / bedtime routine for the 2 younger kids and meal preparation. Lastly, the nanny should be comfortable working alongside a parent who works from home.
If desired, hours are available on weekends as well. Family needs a 9-5pm nanny on most weekends.
Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates and discuss any concerns.
Adapt to changing needs or routines, especially given that one parent works from home.
Provide attentive, compassionate care for three children (ages 8, 2, and 3 months).
Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for each child.
Prepare nutritious dinners and snacks for the children.
Assist with feeding, diapering, and other infant care needs.
Give a daily bath to the 2 younger children and get them ready for bed
Light housekeeping related to the children (cleaning the table, vacuuming the area / kitchen after dinner, organizing / putting away toys & books).
Assist with children’s laundry, including washing, folding, and putting clothes away.
Wash dishes and clean up after meals, including any meal prep for the children.
Prepare bottles/ other things needed for daycare for the following day
Occasionally, may need to pick up the two younger children from their daycare center which is located on the first floor of the apartment building (no travel needed).
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
A minimum of 3 years of professional nanny experience.
Huge plus is you can cook Korean cuisine.
Experience in caring for children of newborn age to school-age.
Up-to-date vaccinations (Tdap, Flu, COVID-19, and Booster).
CPR and First-Aid certifications
